Description
The 79th edition of the New Zealand Cricket Almanack, and the 44th under the current editors, covers a year of almost non-stoactivity for NZ teams, including four World Cups.
The Black Caps were involved in 58 matches, with the highlights being a test-series win in in England and a first one-day series win in India. They also reached the final of Twenty20 World Cup. The White Ferns played 32 matches, including ODI and Twenty20 World Cups.
Domestic cricket featured the Super Smash Twenty20 competition, the Plunket Shield, The Ford Trophy and the Hallyburton Johnstone Shield. There is also coverage of Hawke Cup and age-group cricket.
